To Assist in Overseeing the Daily Operations of Airport Lounges During the Designated Shift.
To Greet, Receive and Bid Farewell to Guests at the Reception.
To Provide the Highest Standard of Service to Our Guests.
To Verify and/or Collect Payments From Guests at the Reception Prior to Lounge Admission.
To Assist Guests With Their Luggage on Entry and Exit at the Lounge.
To Page for Flight Departure for Contracted Airlines, if Applicable.
To Page for the Availability of Shower Facilities to Guests on Queue.
To Carry Out Regular Checks of All Areas of the Lounges, Such as Shower Rooms and Toilets to Ensure Consistent Cleanliness.
To Possess Good Knowledge in General Information of the Airport Including Facilities, Flight Schedules, Airlines Information, Directions to Gates, Etc.
To Assist Guests With the Computer and/or Email and Internet Services When Require.
To Assist and Supervise the Team and Provide Training
Handle Administrative Work, Including but Not Limited to Staff Roster, Daily Reports, Etc.
To Cooperate and Work in a Team for Development, Implementation, Maintenance and Improvement of the Quality Management System.
To Undertake Other Jobs Assigned by Supervisor From Time to Time.
Form 5 or Above Preferred
Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in F&b Industry, Including but Not Limited to Restaurants, Lounges, Fast Food Outlets
Service-oriented and a Good Team Player
Strong Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Good Command of Spoken and Written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Shift Duty is Required
