Job Summary
The Receptionist Ensures That as the First Point of Contact, There is Excellent Customer Service and Public Relations to Set Up a Positive Interaction That Reflects Well on Ena. The Incumbent is a Back Up For the Administration Officer and Aids Programme Logistics and Support.

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
The Receptionist is Responsible for:

Customer Service
Receive Visitors and Direct Them Accordingly
Provide Information Required to Callers or Visitors and Direct Other Inquiries to Appropriate Staff Members
Answer Telephone and Relay Any Messages
Coordinate With All Departments to Ensure Information Flow
Follow Up on Any Client Queries or Complaints
Promote Ena Brand by Representing and Upholding Her Image Through Efficient Customer Care

Administrative Support
General Administrative and Clerical Support to Staff
Coordinate Monday Meeting Prayer Schedule
Receive, Sort and Distribute Mail and Deliveries
Maintain an Electronic Database of Contacts
Organize Meetings Venue
Tidy and Maintain the Reception Area
Assist With Travel Bookings for Management and Staff
Support Office Security by Reporting Any Suspicious Activity
Maintain Visitors Gate Pass Records

Programme Support
Compile and Maintain Programme Contacts
Assist in Scheduling and Following Up on Program Events
Facilitate Programme Tasks Such as Printing and Filing Documents
Support Follow Up Programme Tasks Such as Reimbursements of Transport and Airtime for Programme Events Held at the Office
Any Other Duties That May Be Assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications
Academic:
Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations or Customer Service.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing an Added Advantage

Professional:
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Typing Skills (35 Wpm) Minimum
Excellent Communication Skills

Experience
Two Years Experience in a Busy Front Office
