About the Role
Dash is building a unified alternative payment network for over 1 billion Africans. Dash allows its users to send, spend, save, and pay regardless of currency and provider.

Dash is looking for a visionary, missionary and talented Scrum Master to oversee & guide scrum teams.

What You’ll Do

1. Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
2. Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
3. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
4. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
5. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
6. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
7. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
8. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
9. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
10. Managing and leading software-centric projects of high complexity and size, developing project plans and roadmaps, facilitating Agile ceremonies and actively removing impediments.
11. Working with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners and Technical Owners to support project delivery objective(s).

Required Qualification and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a relevant field preferred.
2. Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
3. 8+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
