‘Bure Kabisa’ – Makutano Crowd in West Pokot Shouts Back at Raila After he Revives Arror Scandal

2022 top contender honourable Raila Amollo Odinga is today leading an aggressive hunt for votes in Governor Lonyangapuo’s West Pokot backyard. Raila is accompanied by several members of Parliament from his inner circles led by Junet Mohamed.

While addressing a crowd at Makutano town, Raila ignited up the crowd when revived the debate on the controversial Multi-million tender award for the construction of Arror and Kimwarer dams where the government lost close to 21B.

Water being one of the problem’s facing Makutano residents, the crowd seemed to be irritated on fool play that surrounded the stalled projects. Raila condemned the deputy president for belittling a whooping 21B to ‘just 21B’ stating that it was a huge amount lost.

“Yeye ni mtu bure Kabisa,” Raila stated referring to DP accusing him as the man behind the failure of the project. “Yeye si ni mtu Bure,” Raila sked the crowd, ” Bure Kabisa,” the crowd shouted back.

Raila promised to put in place mechanisms to ensure that everyone in West Pokot access clean and safe water both for household and irrigation purposes. He promised to revive construction of stalled water projects to save the region from drought and hunger that usually engulfs residents at certain periods of the year.
