Tupewe Hiyo 60 Million, Kenyan Want DCI to Fulfill KSh 60 Million Promise to Public.

Kenyans have asked the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to fulfil its KSh 60 million to the public as they had promised following the arrest of three terror suspects on Thursday, November 18.

The 34-year-old Musharaf Abdalla, Alias Alex Shikanda, Joseph Juma Odhiambo, 30, and Mohammed Ali Abikar, 35 have been arrested in Mwingi East, Kitui county as they approached Ukasi area they were said to have escaped from the prison on Monday November 15 at 1:00am.

The Kitui Shopkeepers Identified the Terror Convicts When they Stopped to Buy Milk whereby they became more suspicious and alerted the police who came to arrest.

Before they were caught, the three terrorists had been hiding during the day and trekking under cover of darkness to avoid falling into the police arms.

The three criminals were suspected to be en route to Boni forest in Lamu County on Kenya and finally Somalia.
