Raila Odinga’s sentiments describing the Mama Mbogas and Mkokoteni pushers as Takataka has caught the attention of many Kenyans and the responses Kenyans are giving, depict anger and they are not happy at all.
Odinga while in Karatina, said in what many may have misinterpreted his statements, that the Hustler Nation policies of upgrading and investing in the low-income earners such the Mama Mbogas and Hand Cart pushers is rubbish.
Our country will not afford to rely on promises built on untested economic models largely anchored on sloganeering. This hoodwinking is takataka. – Raila Odinga
Senator Murkomen, Mithika Linturi are some of the politicians that reacted to Odinga’s sentiments. Below are the reactions;
Hon Mithika Linturi

Hapana Senator, you are misquoting the PM. He outlined an entire plan for the economy then said some are coming and hoodwinking people about Mikokoteni and wheelbarrows which ain’t a viable solution for the country.
Raila is again calling the hustlers Takataka. Your agenda is hovering around the country insulting.
Hustlers are once again called takataka by him, Baba.
