Dr. John Khaminwa Finally Opens Up After Allegations That Police Were Visiting Him After BBI Case
Senior Counsel John Khaminwa has finally spoken after reports that police officers visited him in his office after his submission in the BBI case on Friday, June 2.
After making a report to Kenyans, today on Saturday 3rd March John Khaminwa dismissed the reports that police officers paid him a visit.
He was quick to notice that they were imposter’s who asked him for money.
The Imposter’s claimed that it was due to his stand on the court.
“They claimed to be police officers on duty but I did not get the impression that they were officers at all. They asked for money but we did not give them,” Dr. Khaminwa stated.
There were false reports that came up that John Khaminwa who is acting against the Anti-BBI case hearing.
“Police Officers at Wakili, Dr. Khaminwa’s office. Just a day after BBI case submissions at the Court of Appeal…,” the hustler Dennis Itumbi has written on Twitter.
After the reports, Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) strongly condemned the police.
“We have received worrying reports of police officers visiting the offices of Senior Counsel Khaminwa ostensibly for his submission in the BBI Appeal. Such retaliatory acts of intimidation have no place in our society.
“We must fight back and protect those speaking truth to power,” KHCR made a statement.
John Khaminwa Age and Political Stand
Dr. John Khaminwa is 84 years old. He is a veteran Lawyer who made a firm stand against the President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta. Blaming him for always disrespecting the court.

When you come to the court you must come with clean hands, the president has not come to this court with clean hands at all,” John Khaminwa Argued.
