According to research, 353,000 babies are born worldwide each day. This is approximately 255 births each minute and 4 babies every 4 seconds. Out of the total babies born, 120,000 have some birth-related defects. One of these children is Isaiah Acosta, a boy born without a jaw with the inability to breathe or eat independently. This is Isaiah Acosta’s Story.
Isaiah Acosta was born on 31st October 1999 in Arizona USA. He was born two months before his normal birth date. As a result, Acosta was Fighting for His life since birth. After a deep conversation with doctors, his parents received information that Isaiah might not walk his entire life.
Isaiah suffers agnathia, a condition marked by the absence of both jaws. Due to the absence of this, Isaiah breaths through a tracheal tube in his neck and eats through a tube in his stomach.
Isaiah Acosta also suffers a cognitional condition situs inversus which means that his vital organs are reversed from their normal positions. Despite the doctor’s information, Isaiah beat all that. Although he cannot talk, he can walk, think and hear everything perfectly.
At his age now, Isaiah Acosta still needs his parents care 100% . His parents Tarah and Sergio have done their best to make him feel normal. He communicates through gestures, facial expressions and through typing on his phone.

Isaiah Acosta was Destined for greatness, since he was born, he knew he wanted to be a Rapper. But, the only problem was that he could not speak. Though Trap House the musician they recorded the first song that was a story of Isaiah’s story. The song “Oxygen to Fly”, released in 2017 went viral almost instantly.
Blow as Trap House Dies
In January 2019, his friend Trap House dies of Pancreatic cancer . He had a hard time trying to recover. Isaiah stood beside Trap till his final breath where he urged him not to stop. They had released a third song that is yet to be released.

All around the world, people recognize Isaiah as an icon, “I’m here to say tomorrow is not promised or guaranteed. My why is to change what the eyes see, save (lives), give hope as long as I’m on earth”, Isaiah says.
